Having joined Canada’s bilateral development finance institution (DFI) in 2018, she is responsible for the implementation of its Development Impact Framework and Gender Equality Strategy. She is a former Chair of the 2X Challenge, a DFI initiative aiming to mobilize unprecedented amounts of capital to invest in women.
