At the city-government level, we offer pre-feasibility study and capacity building training program.

Each program we offer around 20,000 EUR.

Through the this ODA Challenge initiative we listen to the partner city's aspiration, and then working on the next level to realise the aspiration by utilising national government's fund/MDB trust fund.

Compare to national government program, our program has no limited sector and even can be tailored to our partner city since all the department is under the mayor's office.
