Sérgio Pimenta is IFC’s Vice President for the Middle East and Africa. In this capacity, he oversees all advisory and investment operations in a region with about 673 staff and a committed portfolio of nearly $18 billion, including mobilization. Previously, Mr. Pimenta was IFC’s Director & Global Head of Industry—Manufacturing, Agribusiness and Services, managing all operations in these sectors worldwide.
