Esther is Secretary General of Asian Farmers’ Association for Sustainable Rural Development or AFA,  with a combined membership of 22 national farmers organizations in 16 countries, involving 13M small scale women men and young farmers engaged in crops, livestock, fisheries, forestry , herding and pastoralism.
